Students will learn the recipe & technique for making fondant from scratch & will get to prepare a colored fondant batch together & will take home a sample & recipe.
Birthday Present Class (2 1/2 Hour Hands On) Ages 13 & up $40.00 pp Date: Saturday, April 24th, 2010 (11:30am-2:00pm) Students will learn how to fill, ice & detail a square cake to look like a present. Techniques include fondant bows, loops, sugar tags & stripes.
